ABOUT A⁺ ACADEMY

The A⁺Academy vision is to provide a Christian environment and ethos where students are taught in the CAIE Cambridge curriculum through a University Model System including brain development activities and social skills training to produce intelligent well rounded critical thinkers who can take us into the future.

A⁺Academy is a private university-style Christian education academy that

offers many benefits to you and your family which are unique in the field of education. A⁺Academy is brought to you by A+Students, an educational franchise offering A+Abacus and Mental Arithmetic, A+Play Maths and Advanced Mental Calculation to children from the age of three onward. This specialized multi-award winning type training will be incorporated in your child’s classes to help form the foundation by which concentration, memory capacity, listening skills, problem solving skills, creativity, gross & fine motor skills, intuitive thinking and brain development are nurtured, resulting in a love for maths and enthusiasm to learn and excel in all other subjects.

At A⁺Academy we believe that learning starts with play and for this reason we incorporate the powerful clinically proven methods of brain development which occurs while playing classical musical instruments like the piano and violin, playing chess, solving the rubix cube, creating art and A⁺Students Abacus Maths education.

Our Academy starts from grade R - 12. Our grade R's are follwoing the CAIE Pre-Stage 1 curriculum for ages 4 to 6 years.  Parents may register their child/children well in advance to secure their place., We offer E-learning as an alternative during times of illness and/or unforeseen circumstances.

OUR A⁺ MISSION

To teach the CAIE curriculum, For each student to participate in brain development activities such as music, art, coding, rubix cube and chess, To teach the ancient art of Japanese Soroban(Abacus ) Education and Anzan (Mental Maths) , To prepare students to a level of university entrance and, To teach our students with love and empathy imparting the values of 1 Corinthians 13 vs 4-8: 4 Love is patient, love is kind.
